Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Job Responsibility

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Sell KLIA Ekspres & KLIA Transit Ticket at Customer Service Counters and ensure counters are manned at all times during the Operation Hours.
  • Perform Sales Collection & Reconciliation Report at the End of Shift.
  • Provide Customer Service Information and attend to all front-line Customer Service matters. 
  • Give undivided attention when serving customers.
  • Ensure valid signage & brochures are displayed at counters.
  • Attend to Lost & Found inquiries.
  • Attend to General Customer Service inquiries.
  • Attend to Customers during Service Disruption to ensure Service Standards are maintained.
  • Provide Customer Service support to other Departments when required.
  • Involve in Marketing Promotions and Special Events.
  • Handle customers during emergency to ensure their safety, comfort and convenience are adequately addressed in any life-threatening situations like fire, derailment, etc.
  • Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Age limit from 19 – 35 years old.
  • SPM with credits in Mathematics, Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must be willing to work on shift (compulsory).
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • TOEIC English Test Score : Score of 600 and above, validity 2 years

Dress Code for Interview :-

  • Office attire (Shirt/ Long Pants / Skirt).
  • Baju Kurung.
  • Covered Shoes (Sport Shoes or Sandals is not allowed).
